You cannot fly at a usual cruise altitude of 30,000 feet. This would clog flight routes for airplanes at lower altitudes.
You'd have a lot more fog, worldwide.
Balloon rides would be a lot lower to the ground.
You could run into cliffs and low mountains.
Lower clouds means no sunbathing.
You'd have more sun burns.
