The current position of Malaysia is highly fragile. There is growing concession regarding the oppressive stand of Malaysia against Sabah and neighboring country like Indonesia and the Philippines. Sabah in the first place is not totally Federated to the Peninsular Malaysia but instead Sabah has agreed to be under the partner to the administrative governanace of Malaysia based on 20 point agreement.Malaysian Constitution explicitly stipulates the only three conditions of Peninsular Malaysia duty to sabah . The Monetary, the Military and the Tax imposed to Sabah. The Malaysian Constitution acknowledge the separation of Sabah and Sarawak Constitution and therefore full control over the two territory is limited to Defense , Finance and Tax Rules.

The conditional partneship agreed in the 20 point agreement includes - the Freedom of Religion and the separate Land Laws of Sabah. This two point may serve as the basis of conflict. The use of the word "Allah' by the Christian Church is being questioned which resulted in chaotic rage of burning the churches. The Land Laws of Sabah is in total conflict to Federal practice specially the sharing of minerals. Sabah contributes 30% to Federal reserve of Malaysia in terms of profit from mineral exploration particularly oil but the Federal is raking all the money and giving back only 5% royalty to the State of Sabah.

The issue of ownership is also like an axe hanging to both State Government and Federal Government. Malaysia cannot proove the hold of Sabah legally and keep ignoring the owner, The Royal Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom of it's plea to return Sabah peacefully like Hongkong. It is just a matter of time that legal justice may arrive upon the intervention of United Nation through it's arm, the International Court of Justice. The expulsion of the natural born citizen is also a big ax since it is already recorded that Malaysia has comitted a mass violation of Human Rights by oppressing the natural born citizen of Sabah.

Malaysia is now also facing ethnic rage from Indonesia for promoting the culture of Indonesia as if Malaysian. Students activist are now amassing to 500,000 to protest the stealing of culture from Indonesia and still growing. It was foreseen that anti Malaysia campaign will not abate a the moment due to the growing rage by all sides, including the people of Sabah for lack of social services despite the billions of dollars that Federal Malaysia is getting from Sabah.
