Pain can be from many things. You should see a doctor if your pain is severe or if it doesn't go away after a couple of days.

It could be a few different things. Some women have sharp pains when they ovulate which you might feel on every other side of your abdoman every other month. It could be a cyst on the ovary or your appendix. You should check with your Doctor especially if you are or have been running a fever. ** Another possibility is an Ectopic Pregnancy (fetus begins to develop in the fallopian tube). If pain worsens and/or you run a fever see a doctor immediately.

A rupturing appendix. Go to the hospital IMMEDIATELY. If it ruptures, there's a good chance you will die! I had it.

I have lower left sharp pains and dull lower right pains in my pelvic regon and it comes and goes what do you think it is?

I should probably get this checked out if it gets worse or doesnt go away for 24 hours. Otherwise, any pain in the pelvic or abdominal region is hard to diagnose, could be gas or something like appendicitis.
