Do you have cruise control? I had this happen on my 97 GMC pickup. For some reason the cruise control cable was interferring with the normal throttle cable even when it was off. The one cable runs right beside the other. Even with the cruise off, it still did it....and sorry to say I didn't get it fixed. I was just offering you a primary poitn to begin your search. I lubed both cables and spring attached to the throttle blade. It helped a bt but like I said, someone bought my truck before I got a chance to fix it.
The pedal needs to be greased with good ole WD-40 where the pedal goes into the firewall.

No it will not, The front brake rotors are out of round. Needs replaced are turned, both rotors.
Remove reservoir cap and pump the clutch pedal until air bubbles rise and pedal feels firm.
The 1995 Chevy Camaro turn signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay switch will be between the gas pedal and the brake pedal.

you must have air in the system try bleeding all the brakes
look above the clutch pedal on the inside of the car.
under the foot rest next to the brake or cluch pedal.
