It's impossible to say with any certainty, but the generally accepted time was at Passover in around AD30. We do know, however, that Passover occurred in what we now call April and we know he died on the Friday (some time round the middle of April) at 'the ninth hour' (ie. around 3pm in modern reckoning) and rose again on the following Sunday. Some claim to know the exact date based on Jewish records, or on extrapolating back in time, but as we do not even know the year with any certainty (it could be anything from 27AD - 33 AD) we therefore cannot be absolutely sure of the exact time or date and any claim to be certain about such things is not really based on sound evidence.
30 AD.

According to The Bible, Jesus died and was put in the tomb on the 13th day of Abib, (Nisan) before sundown. The next day would have been a High Day (Passover) which would have been recognized as a Sabbath, that is why the Jews were so eager to bury him. A new Jewish day always starts at sunset. The next day was another High Day or Special Sabbath which was 15 Abib (Nisan), the first day of the 7 day Feast of Unleavened Bread. The first and last of these 7 days were High Days or Special Sabbaths. These two special days, 14 Abib and 15 Abib, were always celebrated together. The next day, 16 Abib, was the regular weekly Sabbath. It was so rare for this to occur that the Jews called the day before these special three days 'The Day of Preparation'. The Jewish day starts/ends at sunset so Jesus came out of the tomb after the regular weekly Sabbath. The Jewish day of his resurrection was 17 Abib. We would refer to it as after sunset on Saturday evening.

Three days and three nights just as he said! His resurrection corresponds with the Feast of Firstfruits which was on the first day after the Sabbath that follows 14 Abib. This would have been the 17th of Abib which is the exact day of the resurrection.

Shouldn't the name Jesus Christ be Jesus the Christ?

That is a wonderful question, but the Bible does not use much punctuation, so in reality, speaking of the grammar, it is suppose to be written Jesus, Christ. not Jesus Christ. As many references in the KJV of the Bible, is Christ Jesus, written correctly Christ, Jesus, or Jesus, Christ. It is referring to Christ.
