In the US, 18 year olds are of the legal voting age. I encourage all 18 year olds to register, (can't vote if you don't register) listen to all sides on all issues and make up your own mind as to how you will vote. If you don't vote, don't whine about the outcome if your person doesn't win.

Assuming the citizen is registered to vote, has no felony convictions, and resides in a recognized state, then yes.

Citizens who live in Washington, D.C, may vote for the president; however, does not have a representative in any other federal chamber.

Citizens who live in Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S Territories do not vote in federal elections.
