The only other trace of Dion Gossett was that he once played a character on the TV Show Good Times. On a episode titled "Michael The Warlord", that first aired on 10/13/76, he played a character named Melvin.
I saw Johnny Tough for the first time tonight (12/25/07). I received it as a Christmas present. The move is one that almost no one has ever heard of. I remember seeing the trailer when I was 14 and wanted to go and see it. My parents didn't let me see any of the blaxploitation films and I had to wait until they started coming out on tape and DVD before I could see them. As for Dion, it would be really interesting to find out what became of him.
