When I opened my nozoomer it asked where is my nosgba file and i clicked on it but when it's about to start a catridge it opened up as a nogba how do I fix this?

Oh and before that, I right-clicked on My DS ROM I was about to play, and I chose "open file with no$gba". Did that affect my problem ?
