When a hernia occurs in the hesselbach's triangle is it direct?
Yes, an inguinal hernia through Hesselach's triangle (or the inguinal triangle) is a direct inguinal hernia. An indirect inguinal hernia goes through the deep inguinal ring and continues through the inguinal canal.

Hernia . According to the Medical Encyclopedia, a hernia is "a general term used to describe a bulge or protrusion of an organ through the structure or muscle that usually contains it." For more information about hernias, see Answers.com via the Related Link. . A hernia is a "protusion of par…t of an organ from its normal position within the body" Hernias invariably involve the digestive tract (stomach, intestines or bowel) or the groin. There are different types of hernia, with strangulated hernias being the most life-threatening.. Hernias occur mostly in men, as a result of applying strain to the abdominal region, or through a weakness in the tissue, caused by an underlying factor, such as a past operation. Symptoms include pain developing in the affected area, and in some cases, a lump may be visible.. There are several treatments for this very common condition. They are given, alongside more in-depth information on hernias themselves, in the accompanying link to an award-winning website, which is aptly named "hernia.org". Hernia is protrusion of an organ or part of an organ through a defect or opening. It can be congenital or acquired later in life due to weakness of the tissues in old age or from heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. It will require surgery to repair the hernia. There are various types of hernia and the medical terminology used will depend upon the site of hernia. (MORE)
If it's an inguinal hernia, you will start to feel 'something' in your lower abdomen. Eventually, you will want to push where this feeling is with your hand. Pushing on it will make it feel better. It will present itself after being on your feet for a long time. After some time there will be a bulge… and you will want to push it back more often which will make it feel better for awhile. Finally, maybe months, even years, depending on what kind of work you do, laborer, desk jockey, weight lifter, you will want to have it fixed. It's outpatient surgery. They have something called 'tension free' surgery which is nearly painless. My suggestion, if it bothers you, get it fixed, especially if you are relatively young and active. All this from someone who has had five (5) hernia repairs, three on the right side, two on the left. First time in 1962, last time in 1999. Yes, they can return. A bulging in the abdominal wall caused my muscle weakness. (MORE)
Answer . \nA hernia is repaired, not cured. A surgeon stitches up the tear in the abdominal wall.
Answer . it would depend on the concentration gradient. diffusion occurs along the c.gradient e.g if there is a higher concentration of molecules outside the cell and low concentration of molecules in cell then molecules will diffuse into the cell and vice versa.
Both men and women can get hernias the same way, a weak place in the muscles of the wall of a body cavity splits and allows the cavity contents to protrude. Hernias involving the abdominal cavity are common in men and women. They can happen any place in the abdominal wall muscles. They are called… ventral hernias. A type more common in men, but also seen in women, occurs in the groin area called the inguinal area on either (or both) sides of the low abdomen and are called inguinal hernias. These frequently show up after a heavy lifting strain and protrude/"rupture". A lump may appear in the area with the pain which is actually a portion of bowel protruding through the muscle opening. In men, inguinal hernias may not show a lump in the inguinal area if the area of weakness is at the bottom and bowel slips into the scrotum and protrudes there as a lump in the scrotum. Other common places in the abdominal cavity wall that can "rupture" are in the area around or near the belly button, which are called umbilical hernias, or at an incision site from a previous surgery called incisional hernias. You can tell if you have Hernia if you have something to eat your can see small lumps around your bowl area and as you eat you may feel pains in that area.
When plates move against each other, it can create a subduction of one beneath the other, or it can build stress that is relieved by motion in the perpendicular direction. As tectonic plates drift apart (at a divergent or constructive boundary), they allow magma to well up from below. In th…e ocean, this forms mid-oceanic ridges. On the land, it can create a rift or rift valley. Many rifts never progress and become failed rifts. (MORE)
Yes, a hernia can kill you, but it isn't likely. If a portion of the intestine goes out the hernia, it can become strangulated and that portion can die. That leads to infections, bowel impaction and many other issues.
no it hasn't but it makes you big the doctors told mii friend they couldn't do anything
There are different kinds of hernias. Inguinal hernias are the mostcommon type. Hiatal hernia is another possible condition thataffects the upper stomach area.

Any number of possible factors may be responsible for a hernia to develop. It may be the result of a weakness in the abdominal tissue, from a past operation, for instance. Excessive lifting may also result in a hernia. The chances of having one are more likely as we age, and those who are overweight…, or pregnant, should be more cautious of getting a hernia, too. you can get a hernia by lifting heavy things for a few years or maybe months (MORE)
Answering "What is a method of charge that occurs by direct contact?" Well there is always static electricity produced but rubbing certain objects together but i don't think you can convert that into a current. I believe it just dissipates
Diffusion occurs in one direction because it follows the concentration gradient from high to low. If the solution is isotonic, then the rate will be the same on both directions.
I have a large bulge on the left lower part of my back, yes very rare, i had surgery in May they packed the hole as it was to wide to sew, but its failed because its popped sort of and its back, so the area is all swollen and very painful again also the whole area is very stiff, i think this maybe d…ue to all the gauze packing! A hernia is the protrusion of an organ or the fascia of an organ through the wall of the cavity that normally contains it. They can occur in the abdomen, diaphragm, anus, vertebrae, and even inside the head.
There is no record of a bilingual hernia, but there is a verycommon type of hernia called inguinal hernia. This type of herniaoccurs when fatty tissues or part of an organ, such as your bowel, pushes through the muscles in your stomach wall near your groin. This happens most often to men who will feel… a lump in their groinarea after exertion. Sometimes lying down will cause the tissue torecede back behind the stomach muscles and the lump goes away.Other times the lump remains and requires a doctor's intervention. (MORE)
A hernia can be deadly when it involves the intestines protruding through the abdominal wall and they become constricted. This can occur after a surgery scar has opened and allowed the small intestine to protrude and its contents are impeded from flowing through.
An example of an occult hernia would be when a person has persistent inguinal (groin) pain with no obvious physical sign of the hernia.
Can hernia occur again after surgery? Yes, a hernia can occur after surgery. Hernias are caused by a weakness or defect in the abdominal wall muscle or groin due to strain, injury or weak muscle tone.
it points in the direction of flowing current due to majority carriers... that is from positive side to negative side
I've had a hernia since i was born, they call it an umbilical hernia . but i can tell that i still have it and it hasn't gone away (which sometimes can happen when your born with one) because i can see it through my stomach. its a knob right above my belly button, it pushes out about 1/2 an inch and… i can push t back into my stomach and it'll disappear for maybe 30 min. at the most. but it always comes back and i can always feel it in there. they call it a "reducible hernia" ... that just means the size reduces when i push on it. it kinda feels like a balloon full of sand when i push it in. it hurts sometimes and it feels like my stomach is in knots in that spot too sometimes.. but its not fatal and it cannot hurt me seriously. Yes. Men are affected more frequently, due to the fact that they attempt heavy lifting more often.

There are 3 possible places for the nitro group to attach: An ortho, meta, or para position. To understand the stability of the carbocation, we need to look at the resonance structures for a given attack and see what the results are. The first resonance structure of the ortho attack results in a p…ositive charge on the carbon with the hydroxyl group. This happens to be the most stable of the 3 resonance structures for an ortho attack because the two negative electron pairs in the oxygen act to stabilize the positive charge on the carbon. The other two resonance forms leave a carbon with a hydrogen attached, to hold the positive charge. Hydrogen can do nothing to stabilize the charge and thus, these are less stable forms. In the para attack situation, notice that the second resonance form also puts a positive charge on the carbon with the hydroxyl group. This provides for stability just as it does in the case of an ortho attack and thus, the middle resonance form is very stable. Finally, in the meta attack situation, all of the resonance forms result in a positive charge on a carbon with only a hydrogen attached. None of these is stable, and thus, meta attack with a hydroxyl group attached, is a very small percentage of the product. So the electron pairs in the oxygen act to stabilize the ortho and para attacks. (MORE)
Yes. Hernias can be very painful and can cause obstructions that are serious and life-threatening. A hernia is a protrusion of an organ through the wall of the cavity that normally contains it. If it protrudes through a weak place in the muscles and then the opening closes off or gets tight or tr…aps the protrusion, the tissue can become constricted and lose its blood flow, which can result in tissue death. An example is an umbilical hernia where bowel is pushing out of the abdominal cavity from the weakness in the muscle at the hernia site, then a loop of bowel can get caught and close off the intestines and create a bowel obstruction. Common locations of hernias are umbilical as mentioned above, any part of the abdomen (called a ventral hernia), and both sides of the inguinal area (loin area). Hernias can also commonly occur at incision sites from previous surgery. (MORE)

The fire occurred because the factory's owners, Max Blanck and Isaac Harris, did not do many things. They did not run fire drills, did not check to make sure the fire hose worked, did not put enough fire buckets or even fill the 24 buckets there were, did not trust there workers, so they locked the …doors and did not even teach the girls how to stay calm in a fire. The hanging shirtwaist patterns were perfect for a fire to spread. Blanck and Harris allowed the men to smoke and one day a fire started because of the smokers. That's how the fire started. (MORE)
Some hernias can be prevented by maintaining a reasonable weight, avoiding heavy lifting and constipation, and following a moderate exercise program to maintain good abdominal muscle tone.
Most hernias result from a weakness in the abdominal wall that either develops or that an infant is born with (congenital). Any increase in pressure in the abdomen, such as coughing, straining, heavy lifting, or pregnancy, can be.

An inguinal hernia is an affliction wherein the lower intestines will push through the wall of the lower stomach and you will then have a noticeable and painful lump which will most likely distend down to your testicles or to the vaginal wall and it will have the appearance and feel of a third testi…cle or a quite obvious lump which should not be there. Absolutely not! An umbilical hernia happens fairly often. It needs no surgery and will close on it's own within the babies first year. Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia is where the babies diaphragm muscle (breathing muscle) fails to form between 8-12 weeks gestation. The babies organs migrate or move… into the chest causing problems with the heart and lungs. CDH is very life threatening. Half of all babies born with cdh die. (MORE)
Computer studies of ocean floors around the world, particularly the area known as The Bermuda Triangle, reveal evidence of massive methane explosions in the past. For years, believers in the paranormal, aliens, and other outlandish theories pointed to the the disappearance of ships and aircraft as a…n indicator of mysterious forces at work in the "Devil's triangle." Scientists have finally pointed the rest of us to a more plausible cause. The presence of methane hydrates indicates enormous eruptions of methane bubbles that would swamp a ship, and projected high into the air- take out flying airplanes, as well.. Any ships caught within the methane mega-bubble immediately lose all buoyancy and sink to the bottom of the ocean. If the bubbles are big enough and possess a high enough density they can also knock aircraft out of the sky with little or no warning. Aircraft falling victim to these methane bubbles will lose their engines-perhaps igniting the methane surrounding them-and immediately lose their lift as well, ending their flights by diving into the ocean and swiftly plummeting . .
