The proper age to breed a Pit Bull as well as any dog is at least 2 years old. No sooner, and if you are going to breed, breed responsibly, do genetic testing. Have their hips and elbows OFA tested. Have their eyes CERF ED and their ears BAER tested. There are enough "Pit Bulls" in this world without homes or good homes as it is. Do not contribute to the problem unless you know your dog is and will produce genetically sound puppies, with good temperaments and good conformation as well. If you breed before 2 years it can cause serious problems for the females pelvis development.

If it is a mixbreed, do not breed to sell as a pitbull. I allways recommend not to breed a pitbull with another breed because pitbulls temperament is stable and crossing with another with another breed will cause other problems that you will never have with a pitbull. Or do you mean another breed of dog mounted her?
