Yes you can because for this turn only, it is counted as your monster so you can do whatever you want with it exept for attack it because you can't attck your own monsters. This goes for any other card that has a similar effct like creature swap or you get the point now. When the turn is over, you hand it back to your opponent if it says anything about end phase because there are different editions to every card due to the evolution of the card game series that have passed!!!

You of course cannot tribute the opponent's monster for Enemy Controller's activation cost. However if you use Enemy Controller to take control of one of the opponent's monster, that monster can be tributed for a tribute summon, as you are now its controller.

No part of Call of the Haunted's activation prevents monsters from being tributed. Of course, if you activate it in your opponent's turn, you could only tribute the monster for a spell speed 2 effect or trigger.

No, it requires a Tribute. Unless stated otherwise, like on cards such as Soul Exchange, a tribute must be something you control. You cannot tribute an opponent's monster as a cost for your own effects or summons.

No you do not because the ones that you will used for the tribute is your opponent's monsters.

Yes. It says if they control 'a monster', not '1 monster only'. If they have two or three monsters for example, then it is true that they control 'a monster'. Compare to the wording on Dark Armed Dragon, who looks for three, and only three Dark monsters.

The only time you can ever tribute something you do not control, is if a card specifically says so. Lava Golem lets you tribute the opponent's monsters, and Soul Exchange can let you do so too. However if there is no text like this, then the tribute must come from amongst monsters you control.
