Daylight savings time begins at 2:00 am on the second Sunday of March, where we set the clocks forward one hour.

Standard savings time begins at 2:00 am on the first Sunday of November, where we set the clocks back one hour.

These times are the same for EVERY year. No chart required.

The time still goes back one hour because of leap year.
