It's important to note beforehand that Israel did not "win" the territories on two counts. Firstly, Israel fought and shed blood to gain those territories, they were not just awarded or gifted to Israel. Secondly, no one can "win" territories without a formal peace treaty awarding territories to one country or another. The Arab-Israeli Conflict has only had partial treaties and none of them have awarded territory conquered during the Six Day War to Israel. (1979 Peace with Egypt returned the Sinai to Egypt and confirmed follow-up discussions on the Gaza Strip and 1994 Peace with Jordan required Israel to cede the West Bank to a future Palestinian State.)
As for the date of the Armistice Signing that legitimated the Israeli occupation of the territories subject to a future peace treaty, that would June 10, 1967.

The Arab countries (Egypt, Jordan, and Syria) against Israel were the groups in the Six Day War.
If Israel had not been created, the Arab countries would not have mobilized forces against it. If the Arab countries had not mobilized forces against Israel, Israel would not have been able to defeat those forces in combat during the Six Day War.
No. The Six Day War took place in Israel, Egypt, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan, and Syria.
Israel gained independence through victory in the Arab-Israeli War of 1948-1949 and the Six-Day took place in 1967. The only relationship that the Six Day War has to Israeli independence is that the Six Day War preserved Israeli independence and prevent the Arab countries from conquering it.
Many things happened after the Six Day War ended. Most importantly, Israel was allowed to occupy the territories acquired during the war subject to future peace negotiations with Arab countries. This changed the dynamic of the Middle East from one where the question was "How long will Israel exist?" to "How can we negotiate most effectively with Israel."
It primarily occurred in Israel, Egypt, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan, and Syria.

Israel gain control of six new territories: East Jerusalem, West Bank, Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, the Eastern Bank of the Sea of Galilee, and the Golan Heights. However, this control was based on UNSC Resolution 242 which requires that Israel devolve these territories to their original countries in return for peace agreements. In addition to the new territories , Israel also gained a fundamental shift in Middle Eastern policy. It would now be negotiating with Arab countries from a position of strength, being able to return tracts of Arab land to the Arab States for peace as opposed to merely just asking for peace. This is the main reason that Egypt and Jordan eventually were willing to sue for peace even though no other Arab country has done so.
The nations involved in the Six-Day War were Israel, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq. Other Arab nations played minor roles in the short conflict.
