Dollar General managers get a quarterly bonus (4 times a year) based on sales, if your sales don't meet goals, you will not get them. You also get a bonus based on your inventory results, but its often not that much, and if you surpass the loss, you get nothing. There is also a small customer connect bonus you get quarterly, based on your customer reviews of your store (thats why your asked to phone in the survey on your receipt) If you run an average store, you'll not get anything but MAYBE a customer connect bonus once or twice a year. I worked at a few diffrent stores for 6 years and this is from experience.
