Are hunger pains that cannot be satisfied for a week and a half before your period a sign of pregnancy?

It could be a sign, but usually it is PMS. Women tend to get bloated and the other usual signs of their period coming about a week or so before it actually arrives. The only way you'll know is to let that week go by and see if you're late. If it never arrives, then you can buy a hpt to find out if you are indeed pregnant.

∙ 14y agoYes from about a week before i even miss my period im starving like i haven't eaten for days. Normally i can skip breakfast and not be to fussed, when pregnant my tummy is churning around 8 am.
