When is the best time to visit Bulgaria?

It really depends on what are you interested in.

In the winter you could visit Bansko or the other ski resorts in the country

In the summer you could visit the Black Sea coast for some sunbaths.

June is great if you want to see the Nestinars

January-February are great if you want to see Kukeri

There's generally interesting stuff to see throughout the whole year.
