You wean the babies at 6 weeks. If the mother has had a large litter take a few away a day so she'll get use to producing less milk.

∙ 14y agoBetween 6 and 8 weeks. You can leave one or two kits (babies) with her for another week or two, until her milk dries up completely, but this isn't nessecary.
