Yes.

Murder is killing without a reason.

There are many times God told Israel to kill off the surrounding nations.

And when they didnt, those people returned to be a thorn in their side.

What are the similarities between the bible and Torah?

The Torah is the first five books of the Bible. They are only different in regards to certain translation issues. (Commandment 6 is Do not murder, not Thou shalt not kill.)

Did Moses and the Levites violate the command that stated Thou shalt not kill?

In the laws of Moses the penalty for murder and adultery was being stoned to death (Numbers 35:16, Leviticus 20:10). A number of translations of the Ten Commandments interpret 'Thou shalt not kill' as 'Thou shalt not murder' which has quite a different meaning. For example, NIV uses 'murder' in place of 'kill' in its translation (Exodus 20:13). By this definition of kill vs murder, the state (or Moses and the Levites under his direction) would have the authority to kill people as a result of high crimes as defined in the laws.

Why isn't there a commandment against cannibalism?

What does God Mean by 'Thou Shalt not kill' does it mean both not to kill human's and creatures or just humans?

Excellent question. There are three words in Hebrew for kill. The first would be what you would do to an animal for food or an insect. The second is a killing that happens in self-defense. The third word is for murder. This third word for kill is what is in the Ten Commandments in both Exodus and Deuteronomy. The phrase 'Thou Shalt not kill' is from the King James version of the Bible which modern translations such as the NET Bible render as 'murder' instead.Exodus 20:13 "You shall not murder." note35NET Bible Note 35tn The verb רָצַח (ratsakh) refers to the premeditated or accidental taking of the life of another human being; it includes any unauthorized killing (it is used for the punishment of a murderer, but that would not be included in the prohibition). This commandment teaches the sanctity of all human life. See J. H. Yoder, "Exodus 20,13: 'Thou Shalt Not Kill'," Int 34 (1980): 394-99; and A. Phillips, "Another Look at Murder," JJS 28 (1977): 105-26.

What does the King James version of the Bible say if you commit suicide?

There is no such word in scripture as suicide. Suicide is self murder. But to my understanding we cannot condem anyone who commits suicide, for no one fully understands the mind of one who does so. God will judge each on its own merits.
