Prison Break season 4 is not yet completed so the DVD is not yet released. The tv series returns to complete the last 6 episodes of its 4th and final season on Friday, April 17, 2009 in the US and on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in the UK.
The show aired its first 16 episodes of season 4 between September 1st and December 22nd. Episode 16 " The Sunshine State" will be replayed in the US on April 17th, immediately followed by the new episode 17 titled "The Mother Lode".
In the UK, check your tv schedules to see if episode 16 will replay.
The season 4 DVD release is schedule for early summer 2009. June 2nd in the USA & supposedly July 6th in the UK.
