it cant really be a cube with 3 well measurements

if so then i have no idea

Can't be a cube with 3 measurements?

A cube has length, width height.

5x5x5 is correct, 5x5 is 2D, and incorrect.

We cubers do call it a 5x5 cube just to shorten the name, but it is really supposed to be 5x5x5.

->OP: I'm sure you can find the answer somewhere on Google.

Erno Rubik invented the Rubik's cube in 1974.

The purpose behind the cube was to create a design in which the blocks could move independently without the entire model falling apart. Rubik marked each side of his first prototype with different colors. When he began moving the pieces, he realized that he could not restore the pieces to their original place. The story goes that it took Rubik a month to solve his own puzzle.
