If you live in the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, etc., then you better enjoy the ban on same-sex marriage while you can, since changes are imminent. If you want to live in a place where people can actually be arrested for attempting a same-sex marriage, then you'll have to move to Africa or the Middle East.

I don't understand your question. Marriage fraud to violate immigration law is illegal and a felony. It is illegal to marry someone to make them legal. It is illegal to mar them.
