When you put the key into the ignition it makes a sound as if it want to start and the lights and radio comes on but it want turn over even with a jump?

My car does this all the time. I am not positive but I was told it has something to do with a glitch in my security/alarm system. You can either manually lock your doors. Count to twenty and then unlock the door with your key which is supposed to reset the security or you can reset the battery.

Battery may need charged. There may be enough power to turn on lights ect.. but not enough to start the engine.

Check all the fuses.. My power locks, radio, dome lights werent working. I looked at the "Radio-CLock" fuse it was good. I checked the others and and "Aux" fuse or seomthing was bad.
