Darwin first went to the university of Edinburgh to study medicine but he didn't like the sight of blood. He then moved to Christ's College, Cambridge to study to become a preist. He didn't finish the course.

Charles Darwin started studying to be a physician, but the sight of an operation without anesthesia quickly changed his mind and he began a course of study designed to lead into the clergy. All the time he wad being educated he was tutored, so to speak, by naturalist and geologists and this is a good thing as it came in handy when he took his around the world voyage on the Beagle.

Edinburgh. Medical school.

He was a boarder at Shrewsbury School. The official name was the Mount House.Darwin went to Edinburgh University in October 1825 to study medicine.
