It's not clear exactly what is being referred to - - the safety restraints of all vehicles are designed and manufacturred to meet strict government standards, therefore, it would seem likely that anything having to do with the Honda seat belt restraint system SHOULD be available at a Honda dealer.

The easy solution is to buy extra seat belt clips that fit your seat belt mechanism from a junkyard. Put these in whenever you don't want to use the seat belt.
Just connect you seat belt and the bell will go off. If it is staying on even after you connect the seat belt take it back to your Honda dealer for repair, as it is still under warranty.
