I bought mine on Amazon.com but I'm not sure if they still have it new. They usually have very good quality items and if something does somehow go wrong with it you can send it back. Gamestop is also a good place to check but I highly doubt it'll be new because of how popular it was and how old it is. Most likely for a used game price.
