Where can you download FaceTime for windows?
Facetime is currently limited to iOS devices (think iPod touch 4G, iPhone 4, and jailbroken iPhone 3GS) and OSx devices (Macbooks and Mac desktops).
There is lots of speculation that Apple will provide a client for Windows based systems, and possibly Android based as well...but there are just as many rumors to the contrary.
In October, Steve Jobs was asked if FaceTime was coming to these platforms, and he said "We didn't say any such thing". If they do not release the API, it won't happen.
I believe once they feel they have attracted as much desktop/laptop/netbook marketshare as they can, they will open up the API, so they can sell more iPods and iPhones.

No, you cannot download Facetime for Windows 8 as it is a feature that is only for Apple products such as iPhones and Macs.

How do you download FaceTime to iPhone 3gs?
You Cannot Download Facetime to the iPhone 3GS because of its lack of a front camera, apple will not give you that option. However, if you plan to upgrade to the 4s if your 2-…Year Contract is almost done, then it comes shipped with iOS 5 and Facetime free. I hope this helps. (MORE)
