A very good site that I've seen is pokegears.webs.com, because it has tools for GBA hacking as well as every ROM linked to up to Pokemon Emerald. It's all clean, this I can promise you.

By the way, as a general fact, EliteMap is infected with a InfoStealer. Not only does it sift through your system info and CC numbers, but it also shuts down internet use. Manually typed addresses will come in blank. Just thought you should know.

or just try to go to Google....write Whack a Hack then when the results are displayed.......there would be written (TRAnslate this page) follow it and then look at ur bottom left and ull see HACKING TOOLS click and enjoy!!!! ^_^

Visual boy advance cheats:
1.Click cheats
2.Click add code
3.Add the code of the cheat you want(Found all over the web)

DeSmuME cheats:
1.Click emulation

4.Click Action Replay(always use this)
