There aren't any free video editors out there providing more than one audio track to work with that I know of. Free video editors are usually very basic (just like Windows Movie Maker).

Unfortunately, Windows Movie Maker is a very basic editor that is limited in features and functions.There are only three tracks for media in the program: Video, Audio/Music, Title Overlay. That means that you can only use one media insert per track. In other words, if the video is already on the track, you can't overlay (insert) a drawing onto it.Other (purchased) video editing software applications have many tracks that allow you tooverlay video. But not Windows Movie Maker.
Import your music and videos into the program. Drag and drop them into the Video and Audio/Music tracks on the Time-line. Fine tune your project. Then Publish or Finish the video to finalize the project.
