None of the Harry Potter books are available online. You can order them from Amazon.com, BN.com, or visit your local bookstore. If you are trying to read them for free, I suggest a visit to your local library.
Came across a website http://www.simplylisten.com where you can download audio books for free and listen to them on your ipod, mp3, pc. If you use their advanced search on the RHS of the site and select free from the price drop down menu it will list all their free audio books to download

Buy the book, or borrow it from a friend, or from the library.You won't get the book online for free; at least, not legally. This is a commercial book.
There are numerous websites that offer free online books. Flat World Knowledge, Amazon, iTunes, Public Book Shelf, Free Reading Books Online are a few of them.
Google books lets you view them free.
