You can find Sailor Moon episodes on eBay, you can watch series 1,2,3 and 4 in offical English dubbed, and some episodes of series 5 are fan dubbed.
Or, you can go to watchsailormoon.com. They have every episode from series 1,2,3 and 4, and all the Sailor Moon movies.

If you would like to see the original Japanese just type in your search, but if you want to watch English episodes be sure to put English at the end of your search.
