Video Search engines - A video search engine is a web-based search engine which crawls the web for video content. Some video search engines parse externally hosted content while others allow content to be uploaded and hosted on their own servers. Some engines also allow users to search by video format type and by length of the clip. Search results are usually accompanied by a thumbnail view of the video.

Well, there's this website called animeavenue.com you can watch Fullmetal Alchemist: Sacred Star of Milos there for free and it's the full version but, it's subbed not dubbed
The sub of FMAB 15 is available online at the related link.
The first series of Fullmetal Alchemist has ended with 51 episodes continued with a movie, 'Conqueror of Shamballa'. Another series with a very different plot titled Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood first aired on April 5, 2009 on MBS-TBS' Sunday 5:00 pm JST anime timeblock. The English dubbed version was aired on Animax on April 10, 2009 at 8:30 p.m, five days after its Japanese premiere.
Most likely. The movie will preview in Japan in July 2011. After that, Funimation may release the official subbed movie soon after, or make you wait until it is dubbed. For the last movie, "Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa," it took Funimation a little over thirteen months until the dubbed version was released. So, be expecting to see the dubbed version around July-August 2012.
While they may not be on American TV, they can always be found on the internet dubbed/subbed.

It depend on what you mean by come back. As in he goes back to his world then yes in the movie, but he doesn't stay. IF you mean the series then also yes cause of the Fullmetal Alchemist the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood is straight by the manga. So It goes by the manga. Its cool to watch. you can find episodes of it subbed online or wait each Sunday morning at midnight to watch it on Adult Swim. So you can watch it in English.
1) Go to www.animefreak.tv 2) On the right is a list of animes; click on Fullmetal Alchemist Afterwards, it should be obvious what to do. Enjoy :D If you want to watch dubbed episodes not subbed dont listen to the first guy go to www.dubhappy.com
So far, there are only 39 dubbed episodes and 63 subbed episodes. But I do believe that new episodes come out weekly. Saturday nights 2:00 a.m. on [Adult Swim], ( Cartoon Network at night )
On piggymoo the videos are from their server (don't leach off veoh/youtube, etc) so they load quite fast. There's also specials and you can go full screen because they load in 600x800 with perfect quality. I'd suggest this one over all others. Below are the links to the videos on the related links section.
