Although Lisa Harriton was a member of the band he first formed, when he actually went on tour (Glam Nation Tour) she was replaced byy Camila Grey (from UhHuhHer) and during the European portion of the tour Longineu Parsons rejoined his own band Yellowcard in September 2010 and was replaced by Isaac Carpenter (September 17 - December 16) and has continued to play with him after GNT ended.

Yes Adam Lambert does have a band. The band is called, "Glitter", or at least I read that on a blog. It is comprised of Lisa on Keys, Monte on Guitar and Tommy on Bass. The drummer is Longineu. Adam Lambert hand picked them. Oh and Monte and Adam were in Citizen Vein together. You can follow the band on twitter.

Yes, always. In HS he worked at Strabuck's. After HS his first job was singing on a cruise ship and then toured Europe in Hair. He sang in theatre musicals in LA and on tours after that, including Wicked and The Ten Commandments and sang in restaurant/bars in Hollywood, etc (ie Upright Cabaret - there are many YT of these)
