In Sunrise she goes into the tunnels and they collapsed,but I found out that it did not kill her as far as I know Hollyleaf tries to get out of the tunnels.

Most likely. When Jayfeather and Lionblaze were exploring the tunnels after Icecloud fell in, they found a tuft of fur beside a collapsed area of the tunnel.
