During the confrontation with the volturi Bella's power makes the volturi's defenceless and they prove renesmee is not a threat, Alice appears with another fully grown hybrid and proves that hybrids are not dangerous, the volturi leave and edward and Bella get their happy ending.

Victoria gets past the werewolves and the other cullens, and tracks down edward and Bella. edward decapitates Victoria and burns her body, along with ryly, her assistant, who she tricked into believing she loved him.

So the werewolfs and the Cullens have to team up and fight them to protect Bella. Edward, Bella, Jacob and Seth Clearwater hide in a cave in the forest. Jacob hears Bella and Edward talking about the wedding so he threatens to go to battle and kill himself. Bella then has to kiss Jacob to talk some sense in to him and she comes to find out she loves him too. Well, the nomad, Victoria comes back after being terribly upset with Laurent being killed. She wants to kill Bella because Edward killed Victoria's mate, James in Twilight. The worst of all of the problems though is that Victoria is biting people all over Seattle to change them into bloodthirsty newborns. Headlines in newspapers everywhere frighten towns with the sudden "murders". Bella is grounded for a while because Jacob told Charlie about how she had been riding a dirt bike. That's how she had gotten the concussion in New Moon. Then, Victoria makes it to Forks. Edward asks Jacob to take Bella away from the normal trail to hide her in the forest. Edward stays with Bella just in case, but Victoria and one of the newborns finds their hiding place and attacks. Edward kills both of them just in time, and he and Bella rush to the meadow where all of the other Cullens and Jake are fighting. When they get there Jake has been severely hurt, and there is only one newborn left. They have to kill her, but they had to also take Jake home. contains eclipse spoilers, i guess that's pretty obviously tho. it starts out as Bella is still grounded from the end of new moon. then charlie lets her go early on her good behavior. when Victoria gets close to Bella, edward takes her to jacksonville to visit her mother. when they get back, Jacob and edward start arguing about telling Bella things, and then finally edward gets over his real hatred of the werewolves and lets Bella hang out with him. (after he goes away to hunt, Bella is left with Alice,and she runs away to Jacob). they realize someone has been in Bella's room and also that seattle is becoming on homicide list. Bella discovers that they are together... and an army of newborns is coming to forks. she also thinks that it might be Victoria who created them, but edward doesnt know for sure. the werewolves and vampires team up to defeat the newborns, and since it would be easy against newborns with no skill, edward stays behind with Bella. he proposes two nights before the fight and Bella accepts. they are engaged! then the night before the fight they hide out in a tent on the mountain. Jacob keeps Bella warm and he and edward have a short lived truce as they talk. the next morning Jacob finds out about the engagement and tries to go down and kill himself. Bella realizes that she loved Jacob all along and kisses him to make him stay. Victoria attacks while he is gone, with a partner, riley. seth clearwater kills riley, edward defeats Victoria.
