∙ 9y agoAfter awaking him on the Underground Cave and done speaking with team magma and aqua, go to the Sootopolis City. You must already have Pokémon that learned "Dive" and finished and win a battle in Mossdeep City. When you arrive at the Sootopolis, every door in each house is closed (except for Pokémart and Pokémon Center). Go and follow the path towards the Gym. You will meet Wallace. (And if you didn't notice, the gym is closed). Go to the cave on the north. The cave is called "The cave of Origin". Upon entering, after sometime, the ground will shake. Inside the heart of the cave lies Kyogre. The blue orb will glow and he will come. Be prepared for a battle.
