look under the frame of your bike just in front of the rear tire....you should be able to locate the drain line with a bolt or something as a plug and a screw fastener holding the bolt in the tube. simple take a flat head screw driver to release the tension on the fastner, remove the bolt, and make sure you have you oil pan in place to catch the old oil draining out

i have an 08 fxdl and my heavy breather leaks out too. people tell me the orings aren't strong enough to keep the oil from leaking due to the amount of heat. its darn annoying if you ask me! I'm coming to the conclusion that its poor design!
What year? You didn't say what year, but I have an '89 wing and it has a drain plug located at the bottom center of the engine (sort of straight down from the leading point of the seat, under the bike). It's easier to drain the oil if you can get your bike up on it's center stand.
