In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team, you can get the HM Surf by opening a certain lock in Solar Cave with a Key. If you find a Link Cable, bring another Key but try to find a lock in a different floor! You can find a lot of Keys in Solar Cave and Western Cave. If you try many times in Solar Cave and don't find any Surf, try the dungeon, Buried Relic, where most of the other HMs are found there in the deepest floors! Also, you don't need the HM Surf to go to any of the dungeons mentioned above.

∙ 15y ago1- GO INTO STORAGE & GET 1 ESCAPE ORB 2- HAVE ROOM IN YOUR BAG FOR KEYS NOW GO THROUGH SOLAR CAVE & LOOK ON THE FLOOR FOR KEYS WHEN YOU GET SOME KEYS KEEP ON GOING UP TO THE 15TH FLOOR YOU'LL FIND A LOCK BOX CONTAINING WATERFALL.WHEN YOU'VE GOT WATERFALL ESCAPE.. ALSO WATERFALL IS ONLY NEEDED TO ENTER WATERFALL POND..VERONICA
