I'm pretty sure you can't have someone deliver or make counterfeit Pokemon cards because it is illegal but you can go to

what i did is i made a card of my cat printed it out , the top of the card was cut off by the printer so what i did is i glued it ontop of a fake Pokemon card or you can use a real Pokemon card then put it in a protector , it looked pretty good except for the name of my cat having the name tauros
