Sperm cells leave the male body in a liquid called semen. They leave the male penis; the process is known as "ejaculation". This can happen during masturbation, during sexual intercourse, or without an obvious cause, often when asleep (the so-called "nocturnal emissions").
Sperm is produced in the Testis. There are two tubes connected to the penis. If erction takes place the tube coming from the testis opens and sperm exits the body through penis.
Sperm, or more correctly, spermatazoa, leave the body in the fluid called semen through the urethra.

How would you get the two mixed?? Just because they use the same exit from the body ie the urethra, they are produced and stored in separate parts of the body and during sex the sphincter at the exit of the bladder is tightly closed.... this is why it is so difficult to pee if you have an erection
no but sperm can exit through it and if fertalized in the women you can.
its protection that sort of stretches in the vagina so the penis can fit but just like a man's condum prevence STD's and sperm to exit into a women's body.
