∙ 10y agogo down from the magnet train entrance. when you get to the first street entrance go right and enter the blue roofed house. go upstairs and talk to the girl after you've finished the cut scene go to vermillion city ( if beaten league) and talk to the guy at the table in the fan club and ask him for the doll head back to the copycat and you get the magnet train pass
p.s to ride the magnet train you have to fix the power plant.
In her house! It's not exactly rocket science! If you are wondering her house is in Saffron, if you still can't find her then maybe you should try taking a mapping course or something
