It is in the the truck lid - too gain access to it you need to remove the liner -
-remove the one visible screw located in an indentation on the passenger side of the lid
-remove the emergency opening handle: separate the green plastic section from the rest of the handle and there will be a torx screw under there.
-remove the plastic cover on the latch mechanism-it may be difficult but it is not glued or screwed
-pull of the liner - there are about 6 or 8 metal clips that just pull out of their insertion points in the lid.
Then you will see an enormously complex, ridiculously over-engineered collection of wires, plates and black boxes. I believe the antenna is the copper-colored plate. I think the black boxes are amplifiers. However, I have found no (useful) information on the net actually describing what these items are or how they work together.
