Breast milk is made by hormones in a pregnant mother to be body. There are milk glads in a woman's breast that first produce a liquid called colostrum . Colostrum turns to milk after a day or two following the delivery of the baby. (it can take up to 4 days depending on how well your baby nurses)

I hope this helps

There are some websites where you can sell your breastmilk. Consider donating it to babies in need at your local hospital. Keep in mind you may be required to take blood tests to confirm your health.

Your hospital, pediatrician or OB/midwife can set you up with a certified center. Do not purchase breast milk over the internet as it can contain pathogens that could harm your infant.
