It is on the drivers side of the radiator way down at the bottom. Mounted on the body metal. It is a semiconductor electronic device and does not look like a typical relay. I believe it has four wires that plug in with a connector and it has two screws to hold it. The size it aprox 3 x 2 inches and not very thick. You will need to remove the air box to access it. 1998 Chrysler Sebring cooling fan relay switch can be found on the back of the fan. The relay switch is attached to the fan motor with two retaining screws.

Locate the relay/fuse center under the hood, remove relay/fuse center cover, pull out the starter relay and replace it with a new one. It is seldom the relay is at fault.

Maybe on the top of the starter - follow the + battery cable it will connect to the starter relay (solenoid)
Under the hood, on the lower drivers side, inside radiator support.
UNder the air cleaner on the driver side "frame".

On a 1996 Dodge Caravan, the horn relay will be in one of two spots. It may be in the fuse panel located under the dash, or in the fuse block located under the hood.
The fuel pump relay on the 1993 Dodge Caravan is located next to the battery in the engine compartment. You will find it just to the left of the power distribution block.

The fan should turn off after the engine is shut off. If it stays on, the radiator fan relay has failed.
