Underneath the steering column, where your knees would be, you will see a panel with 2 small squares on either side of the steering column. (above the ones that say SRS). Don't touch those, they're airbags for you knees. Remove these with a blade screwdriver and you will see 2 number 9mm nuts. remove both of these. (I had better luck with a pair of plyers as they're only plastic) On the lowest edge of this panel are 2 Phillips head screws, remove both of these and the panel will come away from the dash. Internally behind this panel is an electronic block with several black relay boxes attached. You may have to take out the plastic where the hood release is connected to. The flasher can is the top grey one. To remove this grip both sides firmly and squeeze inwards, this will release the holding lugs and then just gently pull the flasher can from side to side to release it from the terminal lugs as they may be quite tight after being in there and never removed before.
