Do you mean float bowl, and they are on the bottom of the carbs. To drain them you'll need a special tool(looks like a long Allen wrench, about 2 foot in length)and there is a drain screw on each of the carbs.
AnswerI used to drain mine with a flat head screw driver, it has to be long, but not 2 feet. Just make sure the engine in cold, you can see the drain screws on the carbs. Just get a Clymer Manual and it will tell you everything you need to know. I also believe that the screws are both accessed from the right hand side of the motorcycle. The gas tank sholud have a valve near the bottom of the tank on either side. Look to see and then continue to undo it/and or the gas line, or follow the gas line to the carburetor and undo it there, remember to remove the tanks gas cap to allow air in to permit the gas to drain.
At the bottom of the lake.
Underneath the engine, in the middle of the shield under the frame there is a oil drain plug.

at the very bottom under the skid plate
not sure about those above 500cc but that and the 250 have them under the crankcase... you don't even have to remove any fairings cause the lower has an opening int to allow access to the drain and filter bolts... on the 1986 ninja 1000 the oil filter is by the exhaust pipe bottom of the engine you have to remove the exhaust to take the filter cover off its a paper filter.
The drain is located above the transmission.
the little nozzle on side of engine that has a knob on it
