in the gas tank,, made into the pump supposedly, also has a screen type filter on it ,, replace both or have checked and try cleaning ,, has to have a min of 23 psi to run right,, believe 28 psi is the standard ????? not sure,, also i believe you can take the back seat out to get to the pump with out droping the tank in those celicas
