Most fuel pumps now are inside the fuel tank. Call any parts store and they should be able to tell you if it is inside the tank by looking up the part. , EzForJesus
it is located on passenger side in fuse panel under the glove compartment. relay will be right above fuel pump fuse and other fuses.

I'm not exactly sure for a '94 but on a '93 there is no fuse. It is one of a group of fuzable links located behind the battery.
I believe it is on the drivers side behind the fuse box. I am dealing with this myself. It has 3 prongs and there is a relay switch beside it. My fusible link gets hot.
I just purchased a 1994 Plymouth sundance from my niegbor for dirt cheap (joe dirt) it has been sitting for about three years.just wanted to see if I could fire it up. put a new batt. in it . it cranks over but no fire I primed it with gas it fires and runs until gas burns out .I am thinking maybe a fuel pump from sitting so long! what do you think?
If there isn't much gas left in the tank (like, a quarter of a tank) then you can jack the front of the car up in the air before you undo the bolts. With the gas tipped back, you might be able to change the pump out without spilling anything. Keep a bucket handy though!
