I have a 96, but your 95 is probably very similar. It has a small fuse box under the dash by your left foot, and a main fuse box under the hood behind the driver's side headlight.

if u want to disable it , there is a fuse box in the engine compartment , pull the fuse your abs will be disable, why take it off anyway
