Straight from the Owners Manuals
1986-1995 - Relay #A and B in the engine compartment distribution box (See "Related Questions" below)
1996-1999 - Fuse #13 (inside box) and relay #11 (engine compartment)
2000-2005 - Fuse / relay #3 and fuse #8

The fuse for the heater, AC blower on the Ford Explorer is under the fuse box next to the master cylinder reservoir. It is fuse number 36.
On the Dodge Ram truck, the heater fuse for the blower is on the fuse panel on top of the battery. There is also a blower motor resistor on the blower motor. The fuse to control the heat control panel is in the fuse box in the dash.
the air conditioner and heater are two separate things.(not connected) ;) it may have a fuse. or the it could just be bad.
