There are several relays, for example fan and window. A relay is usually just a simple plugin following the wires back from wherever.
Answer . It is at the rear of the headlamp assembly where the wires are.
It's in the fuse box on the driver's side, to the left of the steering column. But there's more. You either have to pull out the fuse box, or remove the kick panels underneath the steering column. Have you figured it out yet? The headlamp relay, and the accessory breaker, is on the back sid…e of the fuse box. (MORE)
I looked in the Honda technical manual wiring diagrams and I don't think there is a separate relay for the low beam headlights. The headlight switch itself is located right above the steering column where the headlight stalk is attached - controls parking lights, high beams and low beams. It could b…e that a relay is integrated within this switch, so if you're having problems with your low beams turning on, you'll have to replace this switch. (MORE)

There should be 2 of them. Upstream and downstream. the relay module switch is inside the dash board on the backside of the fuse box you cannot access it through the fuse panel so don't try you'll only find a wire cluster. you'll have to remove the service panel by the gas and brake pedals and look up inside towards the light switch area you should s…ee it if you look close enough. unfortunately they make it seem like its right there to access in the fuse panel inside car............thanks GM (MORE)
ok. I have a '96-er and mine went about a week ago. pain the the butt. crawl on your back underneath the steering column so your head is near the pedals. look up. there is a metal panel with two switches the rest against the upper panel of the brakes. above it attached by a clip (or in my cavy, glue…) is a little square with a cable running from it. that's it. be careful though, the switches resting on the brakes control the brake lamps and cruise control. i squeezed my stubby little hands up to get the flasher and snapped the plastic on the brake light switch. above all. Google it. theres a pretty darn good diagram out there that pretty well explains it. (MORE)
Most headlight circuit breakers are located in the headlight switches. Headlights are on a circuit breaker automatic reset so headlights don't go out if there is a problem and will blink on and off to get you off the road safely until you can fix the problem. Look for a short in the wiring between t…he headlight switch and the headlights themselves. (MORE)
The relay is in the relay box under the hood. The fuse is in the fuse box.
It is located in the fuse panel in the engine compartment under the plastic removable piece.
Don't know of a headlight relay but the headlight circuit breaker is located in and part of the headlight switch.
The right person to ask would be either someone who owns a 1988 Chevrolet Cavalier or a mechanic at a Chevrolet dealership. This question is too complicated to answer in a simple manner.
